Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Enterprise program and project coordination and support of departmental activities.
Assisting Senior Managers, program managers or multiple project managers to assure all project deliverables and other work produced timely and in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
Support program manager or project managers by independently creating project artifacts and support project management processes and to provide subject matter expertise on systems development life cycles and project management processes and tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with 2 years of Project Coordination experience OR Technical Certification or College Courses with 3 years’ experience OR 4 years’ experience
Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies (i.e. Project Management Institute – PMBOK)
Understanding of project financial tracking including monitoring and reporting on budget expenditures
Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Capable to balance multiple task simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and effective problem solving skills
Experience in planning and scheduling / coordinating meetings and / or event
Experience developing meeting agendas and guiding audience to achieve meeting objectives
Advance knowledge of MS Office tools
