Performance Tester

Location: TN

Duration: 6 Months

 

 

  1. 8 yrs of Testing Experience.
  2. 7 plus years of performance testing experience on Load Runner and other tools.
  3. Should have good Communication Skills and should have been working as a lead in last 4-5 years.
  4. Should be well acquainted with the various performance testing methodologies, processes and general procedures for conducting successful tests for business applications.
  5. Should have done Performance testing implementation by performance testing tools, leading processes end to end from the planning, design, development into execution, work very close with the development teams and the customer.
  6. Should have developed Performance Test Plans based on requirements and design documents while specifying Testing Overview, Approach, Strategy, Scope, Architecture, Environment.
  7. Should have created, developed and executed automated scripts, set up testing scenarios, analyze results and create custom reports.
  8. Should have worked with other technical staff to monitor resources and collect metrics during tests to determine the impact of load/stress testing on the infrastructure and work on multiple projects to meet project deadlines.
  9. Should have led customer meetings, brainstorming sessions. Analyze test requirements from both written documentation and oral interviews with business and technical staff.
  10. Should have exposure to Quality Center.
  11. Should have experience of working with cross functional-Cross Geo teams.
  12. Should have worked with Offshore team environment and should have managed offshore team members.
