Collab and Info Access Solutions Engineer ,  Location: Neenah, WI

Participation in efforts to define and deliver collaboration and information access solutions (collaboration, portals, search, reporting, analytics and workflow) for all K-C employees across the enterprise. Involvement in small to medium projects to define and prioritize requirements, prototype FOAK solutions and assist with influencing and moving the K-C culture to one hat values and uses collaboration and information access capabilities. Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Masters degree and 5-8 years of experience.

 

The preferred candidate will have technical experience with using and designing SharePoint 2010 sites using out of the box functionality. Primary job responsibilities will include working with business clients and educating/guiding them on applying functionality to their SharePoint site in a fashion that the end user will be able to still support on their own. Experience with InfoPath 2010, SharePoint Designer 2010, and K2 Blackpearl workflow software preferred, but not required.

 

Additional: InfoPath 2010 SharePoint is a must.  This person needs to be extremely personable and able to have a technical conversation with non-technical individuals.  They have to know the ins and outs of SharePoint 2010.  They will be working with the business users quite a bit and teaching them how to use SharePoint on their own.

 

 

Collab and Info Access Solutions Consultant ,  Location: Neenah, WI

Leads the delivery of business value-driven solutions via collaboration and information access solutions (collaboration, portals, search, reporting, analytics and workflow) for all K-C employees across the enterprise. Promote and communicate collaboration and information access capabilities to the business community. Through participation in governance groups and involvement in projects, influence and move the K-C culture to one that values collaboration and information access capabilities. Build and maintain effective client, peer and partner relationships in order to drive results and efficiencies. Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Masters degree and 5-8 years of experience.

 

The preferred candidate will have experience with SharePoint 2010 and with gathering business requirements from business and IT clients. Primary job responsibilities will include facilitating discussions with technical resources as well as business clients within all levels of the organization.

 

Additional:  SharePoint 2010 is a must have.  Great communication and being able to have technical conversations with non-technical individuals.  This position is on the process side of things.  Being able to pull out details to build the site, then manage site going forward.
