·         Experience with any web application frameworks (struts/web work, spring, or any MVC etc.)

·         Experience on UI development

·         Need to be a self-starter, communicate well

Added plus:

·         Browser technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GWT and AJAX

·         Database technologies
