Job Description:
The conversion to Cisco Call Manager and Unity Voicemail is, and will continue to be, the focus of my team for months and years to come. This resource will provide the needed operational back fill needed for maintaining of the suite of Nortel applications presently in place today across both our domestic and international enterprise during the planned migration to Cisco Unified Communications.
Senior analyst Nortel technician that would work with the existing team to support the Nortel applications presently in place and supporting our production users. This person would be responsible for performing proactive monitoring of the multiple Nortel applications in place today, indentifying issues, and determining corrective action for problem resolution. In addition to the proactive monitoring of the Nortel Applications, this person will also assist with identifying and correcting issues
