·         Requirement for staffing a technical team lead for an opportunity with Banking & financial client.

·         This resource  should be able to manage technical delivery of a project level solution, allocating resources to various delivery components and function as a strong developer to coach, direct and code technology solutions.

·         The role would require the candidate to start working hands on the application and move into a lead role capable of driving technological solutions & guiding technology  teams.

·         Should have design skills.
