- PeopleSoft ELM 9.0 with bundles applied to #19 with PeopleTools version 8.49.27, PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 with bundles applied to #25 with PeopleTools version 8.46.05, and Kronos 6.1. PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.51.Identify all learning management systems; and other time and labor, time and attendance, and absence management systems currently in use by the State.
- Document ELM high-level requirements for training delivery and administration of internal and external learners.
- Document TA high-level requirements for tracking time and labor, time and attendance, absence management, and integrating employee time information to federal reporting and/or project costing.
- Identify and rank order the best alternative time and labor, time and attendance, and absence management solution(s) for the state (i.e. Recommended Solution(s)) including PeopleSoft, Kronos or other market-available systems.
- Perform a fit/gap between the current production ELM module and the identified high-level requirements;
- Perform a fit/gap between the TA Recommended Solution(s) and other current applications in use throughout the State (i.e. PeopleSoft, Kronos).
- Create a roadmap and implementation plan for State agencies to on-board to ELM.
- Create a roadmap and implementation for State agencies to on-board to the Recommended TA Solution(s).
- Create business cases to support the rollout and implementation plans for ELM and TA Recommended Solution(s)
