| Responsibilities | Systems Analyst Lead - TBHID: 4766
Systems Analysis Sr. Specialist that specialize in both Systems Analysis and Testing Analysis for an Operational Data Store group. Will be responsible for working closely with clients, other System Analysts and Developers to elicit and define requirements as well as participate in testing functions which include assisting in the creation of test cases and validating test case results. Candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and preparing application/system specifications for information systems solutions which will address business needs and methods for testing and installation. Requires the formulation and defining of system scope and objectives based on user defined needs. Devise and modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Deliverables will include the following:
Preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written Analyzing and revising existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary Work with client management in order to identify and specify the complex business requirements and processes, the application design, testing and implementation processes (e.g., diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.). Responsible for quality assurance reviews Responsible for defining discovery approaches and identifying all dependencies to a solution Delivery of approach diagrams, scenarios, and mapping documents Aid in test plan creation as well as defect resolution . |

| Skills | Candidate must have 7+ years of solid diverse work experience in IT, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Skills include the following in order to be successful in this position:
Demonstrated experience on a large and/or complex system integration project Facets knowledge a plus 5010 and HIPAA healthcare experience required 3+ years experience leading a team of at least 5 systems analysts which includes directing their work, mentoring, document creation, reviews and approvals Demonstrated experience of being heavily analytical Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Strong team orientation Must be self-directed, highly accountable, mature and a problem solver Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Demonstrated work experience in driving delivery of data conversion and reporting projects to user acceptance Experience supporting the creation of test plans and the debugging of problems Demonstrated experience defining impacts of conversion on downstream systems and interfaces Ability to work in a shared services environment and strong understanding of SOA Ability to work overtime when supporting an aggressive schedule Must have full technical knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis Act as expert technical resource to the development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process .
Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least seven years experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Developer, or related field required..
