should be good in QTP. We need someone with lots of automation experience/and ready to do some manual work when needed. This candidate should not be record and play back but to do Descriptive programming must.
Strong Manual QA experience, Exposure to DB testing skills
Should have experience of testing large applications, products and testing involving multiple applications integrations.
