This is a contract-to-hire position. Individual devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment, capacity limitations, operating time, in form of desired results. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of application programming activities.
Candidate will be involved in the analysis, design, development, implementation and production support of software applications. Deliverables include:
ETL code SQL queries Unix / Linux scripts Stored Procedures Ad Hoc support documents (i.e. process flows) Defect Identification & resolution Support for System & UAT testing Support for production deployments |

| Skills | Skills required for this position include the following:
Healthcare knowledge in the areas of Member, Eligibility, Claims, and/or Benefits is preferred Demonstrated expertise in Informatica SQL Plus required TOAD required UNIX / Linux required Oracle required Harvest a plus The ideal candidate will demonstrate recent experience working on large and/or complex projects supporting multi-tiers with external customer facing client applications, as well as recent deployment experience in complex environments. Knowledge of Facets is beneficial.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, at least eight, typically ten or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with a minimum of six years experience application program development, or the equivalent in education and work experience
