•       Hands on experience on Datastage 8.1 . •       Should have experience in DWH testing, mainly ETL. •       Should be strong in ETL, SQL and DWH concepts •       Experience of working in onsite-offshore model. •       Should be able to drive the offshore team. •       Should be aware of all types of transformations in Datastage •       Co-ordinate with different Teams not limited to Datastage •       Experience on Baking domain (End Client Domain) is an added advantage
