Role: Developer Lead
Location: Fairlawn
Duration: 6 months +
Project Overview:
Java Lead to assist in IVR development and support project. The team is located in Fairlawn and some mangement is in Franklin lakes. This is all new development to support new Architecture.
Qualifications:
- 8+ year's software development experience.
- 3+ year's in lead role
- Highly motivated with excellent problem solving and Object Oriented design skills.
- 5+ years experience using core Java and other Java technologies such as JavaScript, JSP, Servlets and Client-Server.
- MUST HAVE STRONG EXPERIENCE WITTH JAVA DEVELOPMENT.
- Strong understanding of application development lifecycle methodologies
- Strong communications skills (Oral and Written)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must have good understanding of relational database systems
- Strong relational database skills: Oracle
- Experience working in Windows and UNIX environments.
Experience with web technologies:
- XML and XSLT.
Experience with voice technologies:
- VoiceXML, ASR, TTS and GRXML grammar development
Experience with IVR and voice applications development:
- Genesys GVP Studio or other speech platforms
Qualifications Desired:
Experience with Datapower XML Appliance and MQ Series a plus
