* 3+ year C# and .Net programming experiences

* 2+ year UX development experiences with WinForm or ASP.NET

* 2+ year WPF/XMAL development experiences

* Programming experiences with Infragistics WPF controls as plus

              * GIS knowledge or ADOMD development experiences as plus
