SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with Peer Teams to design solutions
• Supply work estimates for tasks
• Work with Project Management and leadership to communicate status of tasks
• Communicate with Project Management and leadership when unable to meet project deliverables or deadlines.
• Good Communication Skills – Ability to take technical details and simplify for explanation with Project Management and Leadership.
• Self-Motivated
• Identify and Solve Problems to supply leadership with technical answers and options.
• Prioritize Tasks Effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education or Equivalent: BS in computer or related field.
Qualifications / Skills Requirements:
• Good Communication Skills – Ability to take technical details and simplify for explanation with Project Management and Leadership.
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to Identify and Solve Problems to supply leadership with technical answers and options.
• Prioritize Tasks Effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

• Windows 2003 and above is a must.
• Unix/Linux experience is a plus.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• DTS experience is a plus.
• Experience with an Identity Management Solution (FIM, Oracle, TIM, etc.) is a must.
• Experience with single sign-on solutions and concepts (including federation) are a must.
• CA Identity Manager experience is a plus.
• CA eTrust Admin experience is a plus.
• CA SiteMinder experience is a plus.
• Active Directory experience is a plus.
• SUN ONE LDAP experience is a plus.
• Java is a plus. 3+ years of experience is preferred.
• VBScript is a plus.
• C++ is a plus.
• Base knowledge with networking and TCP/IP
