The Business Analyst
• Engage and establish a strong relationship with the product team
• Work with business SME's to elicit objectives and/or high level business requirements
• Capture identified requirements and maintain traceability
• Bring appropriate reviewers for the review sessions and obtain approval/sign off
• Maintains the traceability, reviews and approvals as required
Skills
- Understanding of different requirements gathering techniques (Interviews, Questionnaries, Observations, Workshops, Brainstorming, Role Playing etc.)
- Preparing Business Process Flow
- Use case and functional specification document
- Preparing User Stories
- Review and Sign off process awareness
- Customer service and Insurance domain exposure
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to interact between the IT and Business and participation in stand up
- Working knowledge of Agile process
