Client needs 2 solid Tibco Leads for Project in Parsippany NJ
SOA Tech Lead
Experience:
Identify opportunities across the enterprise by conducting business and IT architecture analysis Perform evaluation ofbusiness requirements, processes, technologies, applications, and informationsystems to create an As-Is baseline.
Recommend future state business requirements, processes, technologies, applications, and information systems to create to be target.
Develop a notional transition plans by performing gap analysis.
Lead the design and development activities of a solution architecture Plan and design POC creation and other major architectural building blocks Guiding others to performassessments and responsible for otherduties/projects as assigned.
Strong communications skills, problem solving and analysis are required.
Ability to collaborate with teams across the organization
Skills & Qualifications:10+ years in software programming and 4+ years in design and architecture experience Expert in SOA analysis and development. (Min 2 SOA projects experience )
Deep knowledge ESB design patterns and best practices for SOA development.
Basic knowledge of common web and application architectures and development methodologies.
Extensive Expereince in Service modeling and ESB implementation using TIBCO Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Self starter, outgoing action oriented, and ability to solve technical problems independently.
Technology Stack :
Tibco products, Oracle DB, Java/J2EE, BPEL , SOAP/REST, WSDL , XML, XSD, XSL.
Architecture & Design : UML, OOAD , SOMA, SOA, BPM, ESB
