Enterprise Architect Job Duties and Functions
· Coming up with an information technology model that meets the needs of the organization according to the strategy and goals of the organization
· Designing and implementing new software systems for the business that will help in service system solution.
· Providing guidelines and training other members of staff on how to utilize the system
· Understanding what the core business needs of the organization and finding ways of fulfilling them.
· Giving direction for various departments in the organization on how they can utilize IT to meet their business goals.
· Allying and incorporating the needs of the organization with IT. This involves fusing together the functional needs of the business with IT systems
· Recommending any future computer system technologies that will help in the improvement of business in the organization
· Integrating IT solution systems for the business with the existing client systems
· Working in connection with other IT experts in the organization
Program Manager

Job Description
· The IT Project Manager Role at XXX is responsible for organizing and guiding successful implementation of Technology Investments based on three principal goals: on-time, within scope and within agreed budget at end of Planning.
· The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the 9 PMBOK project management knowledge areas. The successful candidate must demonstrate technology skills in at least one of the following areas: Infrastructure, Application Development (building software), Facilities or Business proficiency in Supply Chain or Call Center areas.
· This position is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from Initiation/Envisioning through Development, Stabilization (testing/QA) and Deployment. IT Project Managers will work within the IT PMO and perform a consulting role in their assignments to Investment Champions. The Investment Champions are ultimately accountable for Investment execution outcomes. The IT PM is their guide in organizing work breakdown schedules and critical path in completing required tasks on a published timeline and within XXX Governance standards. The successful IT PM is confident, well organized, communicates well with all technology and business disciplines, manages risks and issues to closure. The IT PM manages resources across disciplines to meet commitments, and manages financial spend against approved financial targets for labor, non-labor, and capital expenditures.
· Ideal candidates also demonstrate a proficiency in IT PMO tools such as MS Project or other leading commercial products (e.g. Clarity, Mercury, Project Server etc). It is important that IT PM candidates understand IT Governance, the project lifecycle, and have experience leveraging IT Governance to delivery project transparency and results.
· The IT PM will report to the IT PMO Lead. Success is measured by project management proficiency and effective delivery against stated project goals and objectives set by the Investment Champion (Technology Sponsor).
· The IT PM will be assigned projects based on level of experience and proficiency in project management skills. The IT PMO will actively measure and assess project efficiency through customer surveys, project performance data and testing. Compensation and promotion is based on performance measured on a quarterly basis, based on defined project metrics and project execution goals.

Management Skills

- Motivate working teams to use appropriate tools and techniques in order to increase commitment and increase certainty in meeting work and critical path obligations.
- Establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program.
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies such as computing (server, storage etc) desktop, networking, security, telephony.
- Application development knowledge and experience in managing software development projects.
- Execute program plans (quality, risk, communication, staffing, etc.) by using the tools identified in the planning phase and by auditing the results of their use in order to align the program outcomes with stakeholder expectations and standards.
Business & Leadership Skills
- Solid communication skills in oral and written forms - ability to convey and understand complex ideas.
- Financial Management - ability to manage the technology operating cost and report to management.
- Experience or exposure to Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and managing performance against SLA's.
- Experience in developing and managing to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Project Management Skills
- Develop and Implement detailed project plans for site implementation and operational execution.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing project resources assigned to activities, reporting from various technology disciplines.
- Develop and manage project milestones and reporting goals and objectives of the program to provide project updates based on key deliverables.
- Update program status and data by ensuring the timely update and capture of program management information in order to maintain accurate project status that will be reported to all key stakeholders.
- Manage program or project change in accordance with the change management plant to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.
- Obtain senior management approval for the program by presenting the program charter (business case) with its high-level costs and benefits for the organization in order to receive authorization to proceed thru all phases.
- Establish project oversight (Steering Team) and facilitate regular updates and indentify key issues/risks and important decision the Project Steering Team needs to make.
Experience & Background
- Minimum of 5 to 15 Years IT Project Management - managing complex, technology projects.
- PMP certification
- Master's Degree is a 'Plus'
Business Analyst
