JOB DESCRIPTION

Location : Minneapolis, MN

Start date : 1/3/2012 or sooner

Must Have Skills:

• Business requirement and process documentation expertise
• Experience with Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with SFDC integration & data migration
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Must have strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Desired Skills:

• Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Certified Developer/Advanced Developer, Certified Service Cloud
• Strong familiarity with Apex and Visualforce
• Demonstrated ability to guide a successful Service Cloud Implementation, with understanding of Case Management, Customer/Partner Portals, Sites, Knowledge, and CTI
• Understanding of key data migration and integration concepts
• Knowledge of different cloud integrators, middleware / ETL vendors ( Informatica, Cast Iron, etc)
• Strong understanding of database design and web services concepts

 

Project Details:

The project is a Global CRM Sales Force Automation implementation  across 4 continents and several countries leveraging multiple languages, currencies and business processes across the entire sales process.

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:     

• Ability to analyze and assess business requirements, mapping the capabilities to the salesforce.com application
• Ability to provide alternative methods/options for business and technical requirements, taking into consideration long term maintenance, ease of use, scalability, security, etc
• Provide guidance to technical development teams on solution for complex problems, with the ability to break down the full scope requirements into discrete, manageable pieces for allocation to sprints in the Agile approach.
• Assess trade-offs and suggest best approach for integrations to external systems
• Provide user acceptance test plans and assistance during user testing.
• Provide environment governance strategy/usage based on available sandboxes, sprint scheduling, IT/client needs, and understanding of development teams
• Develop overall solution documentation, tying various discrete requirements together into consolidated whole to deliver a complete solution
• Perform code reviews and implement coding standards / guidelines to development teams
• Work with various AppExchange vendors to ensure successful incorporation of external applications
• Act as point of contact for all integration/data migration requirements, to ensure overall view of architecture
