Responsibilities
· Requirements/Qualificationsand Previous Work and Related Experience (including educational requirements):
· Soundtroubleshooting skills
· A solidworking knowledge of Web Technologies and IIS Administration
· 5+years working as a SQL DBA
· Abilityto deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changingenvironment.
· Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
· Abilityto manage and deliver multiple project phases at the same time
· Abilityto manage ongoing operational issues with longer term strategic work.
· Stronganalytical and organizational skills
· BS/BAin Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field preferred
· 5+years experience in technical IT Operations including working knowledge ofMOF/ITIL best practices and demonstrated experience with implementing andoperating systems within these frameworks.
· 5+years experience managing supportability and troubleshooting the availabilityof applications, properties, systems, networks, and servers for highavailability enterprise systems.
Microsoft certification in one or more disciplines desirable (MCSE, MCDBA, or similar)
