Requirements:
Prior Cisco Client Experience.
5 Years UNIX System Administration + Escalations Support
CCNA required / CCNP strongly preferred
Self starter – works on highly complex technical issues with little / no direct supervision
Trusted agent and respected by Tech Leads, TSE's (L1/L0), Developers, and AS clients
Strong technical knowledge of Tools
Mentoring Tech Leads – strong communication about new technical issues with Tools and how they can be solved
Comfortable working in a high pressure environment to quickly solve complex technical problems
Drive complex technical issues to a successful resolution - effectively communicate with Developers and Management to get desired results
Complete Root Cause Analysis for complex technical problems – do not just solve individual cases
