DESCRIPTION: 

This request is for a .Net Programmer Analyst having experience and knowledge with systems analysis, multi-layered object orientated design techniques, Microsoft Web applications architecture and development software to be responsible for designing, developing and supporting web applications in VB.NET, pertaining to Child Support programs in Wisconsin. The position requires knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Web application development software, tools and environment such as Visual Basic, VB.Net, ASP.net, Visual Studio/Interdev, JAVA Script, Web services, Stored Procedures, and HTML in a Microsoft Web Development environment using components such as IIS, Com+, DB@ Connect, Visual SourceSafe, Team Foundation Server, and interfacing with COBOL, CICS programs using DB2 and Oracle Relational Database Management Systems.
Successful candidates MUST have proven experience in systems development and maintenance activities, emphasizing technical architecture analysis and design, project planning and management and also including construction, testing and debugging, documentation, and effective written and verbal communications.
