Position: Senior UX Architect

Location: Hopewell, NJ

Requirements:

Extensive experience working in the financial services industry and managed products

Hands-on UI design experience with web applications and mobile devices

Experience conducting user research using contextual inquiry and user interviews

Experience conducting usability testing and performing heuristic analysis

Ability to create prototypes that can use used for stakeholder feedback and usability tests

Ability to translate user needs to compelling and intuitive designs

Additional Skills:

Ability to use popular prototyping/designing software like MS Visio, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop

Ability to create graphic designs for presentations and communications

Good aesthetic sense

Great communication and presentation skills

Advanced degree in Human Factors a plus
