Job Description:

The tasks of this engineer could include one or more of the following tools in Software Distribution/Infrastructure Support:

·  Expert in Radia/HPCA administration

·  Good Knowledge of Windows Operating System (Windows XP, 7).

·  Experience with remote remediation of issues with RADIA/HPCA

·  Exposure in handling RADIA/HPCA infrastructure

·  Experience with using Active Directory

·  Ability to Multi Task and prioritize activities

·  Some knowledge of network protocol TCP/IP and computer networking for troubleshooting issues.

·  Expert in Radia/HPCA administration

Desired Skills & Experience

·  Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Software Distribution technology

·  ITIL Certification preferred

·  Excellent Tool Administration Skills - Radia version 3.x /HPCM/HPCAE ver. 7.x

·  Installation and Configuration of RCS/DCS/RMS/RPS Servers

·  Import/export decks /assigning policy to workgroup

·  Client installation / troubleshooting

·  Comprehensive work experience in commissioning and de-commissioning of RPS Servers

·  Comprehensive Work experience in Patch management using HPCAE tool

·  Hands on experience in migrating Servers and clients to a newer versions

·  MCSE/Radia Certified professional will be preferred

Note: Consultant will have to go through 5 Panel Drug Test, and DNA Test & 7 YrsBackground Verification (BGV) Report.
