Position: Customer Care/Call Center ^ Child Support Customer Care.

Location: Denver, CO. (Locals Preferred)
Rate: $9-$10/Hr
Start: Immediately ASAP
Duration: 2months-Right to Hire (Depending on Performance)
Type: Contract to Hire
Work Authorization: OPT/EAD/GC/Citizen

Job Responsibilities:

• Seeking Bi-lingual candidate to work in the Denver Child Support Enforcement Call Center.
  
• Minimum three months of call center experience preferred.
• Must be able to respond to a wide variety of public inquiries and resolve customer inquiries.
• Actively listen, ask probing questions, and communicates in a clear and understandable manner.
• Identify and escalate customer issues, ability to problem solve and pay attention to detail.
• Expected to report to work on time,
  • Monday through Friday.
  • Duties hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Dress code is business casual.
• This is a contract to hire opportunity. This is based on the client need and the individual performance..
