Requirement :

·         Java with IBM WebSphere:

·          5 - 7 years experience.Web technologies, HTML, XML, XSL, AJAX:

·         .Ability to analyze and resolve production problems.

·         Strong ability to communicate with business users.

·         Good Object-Oriented design skills:

·         3 - 4 years experience.MS SQL-Server Stored-procedures, SQL,

·          Good understanding of relational data models

·          5 - 7 years experience.Development Frameworks (Struts, Spring):

·         3 - 4 years experience.IBM MQ MDB - a plus.

·         IBM DataStage - a plus.

·         BOXI Crystal Reports - a plus.

·       Microsoft .Net - a plus.
