Bottom line MUSTs:

·         More than 4 years of Microsoft .Net experience developing Desktop applications and Web Services solutions

·         Experience with .Net Framework 4, C#,  Silverlight 4, Web Services

·         Microsoft Windows Mobile platform experience

·         Comfortable with developing embedded multi-threaded applications

·         Able to work under pressure in a startup environment

 

Over the Tops:

·         Strong software architectural experience

·         Strong Retail systems or POS experience
