The mandatory skills required would be .NET 3.5 and WPF.  

* Strong C#.Net 3.5 skills with a good exposure to WCF (creating and designing WCF services), MVVM Design Patterns.

* Exp 6-11 yrs

* Strong Design, architecture experience

* Experience in SOA based application

* Experience in WPF, Windows based application development

* Strong in OOPS, Databases Exposure like SQL Server.

* Experience on XML, XAML, OOPS, iCommand

* Technically sound with strong Analytical skills

* Good communication skills

* Has handled medium sized team, 5-8 people
