Position: -  PeopleSoft Time and Labor/Absence Management Functional Lead

Location: - Columbus, OH

Rate: - DOE

Length: -  10 months.

 

Details:

PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Upgrade(8.9 to 9.1) project support for upgrade of T&L and Absence Management. 

Core HR/Absence Management/T&L Functional Lead to handle Configuration Assessment and Recommendation, Fit-Gap, Design, Configuration, Testing. Part of the project will be coordinating with parallel project team developing T&A frontend. 

Functional Lead to lead JAD session with client HR business staff and technical lead to drive requirements design. 

* FitGap Session leadership experience 
* HCM 8.9 to 9.1 or 9.1 functional experience 
* Integration Testing experience 

A Plus for Retail experience.
