SAP WM/IM Functional Consultant
location: Eatontown, NJ.
Duration : 2-3Months (with possible extension)
Bill Rate : Prefer daily at $ + Expenses.

***Extensive knowledge of SAP WM and IM and ability to develop new solution.
***Need to interface with rest of team effectively, core team is US based.
***Need to be able to address complex issues into/out of SAP
***Accountable for delivering solution to existing issues in the WM/IM area.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and experience in Troubleshooting SAP ECC 6.0 WM, MM, and IM is required.
Knowledge and experience in assisting in inventory process for ECC 6.0 required.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management System host integration concepts with SAP ECC 6.0 strongly desired. Middleware interface mapping experience a plus.
Knowledge and experience in other warehouse management systems (e.g. Red Prairie) is a plus.
Knowledge of other SAP modules (SD, Transportation, etc.) a plus.
Proven ability to consistently complete key deliverables on time and within budget IT and business projects of all sizes.
Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal with individuals at all levels of the organization, external contacts and customers.
Ability to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.

Additional and Important Information

To help with the Annual Inventory:
a. Client plans to do the physical count sometime in December.
b. Client needs a person to understand their method, (they don't want it changed this year) and then be there physically when the count is done to assist in running the WM count sheets, clearing the differences, etc. c. The resource needs to be able to work closely with Accounting and understand the SAP Processes in both areas as it applies to clearing differences, recounts, etc.

2. Production Support in the existing system.
a. Assess Production Supply Chain Issues (they have many manual work-around steps they want to get rid of and find out why the system is not optimized.
i. Deliveries being created when there is no inventory available to ship (that may have been put into blocked stock since the order may have been confirmed)
ii. Analyze a couple of other Supply Chain system related issues.
iii. Advise how to make the processes work without doing any new major configuration.
iv. Analyze at existing Sales and Distribution processes as it relates to how the warehouse does Order Fulfillment

The type of candidate would be one that has integration with a 3rd party fulfillment system integrated to SAP Via ALE and uses IDOC¡¦s to complete transactions in SD, WM and MM.

The candidate would also need SAP Functional SD, MM & WM experience, but heavy on the SD to WM Order Fulfillment and Distribution Operations experience.
