• A proven functional/technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle SalesForce.com implementations and 2+ years of industry or consulting experience.
• Extensive experience developing within SalesForce.com.
• Understanding of and experience with migrating from sandbox through to production
• Demonstrates experience in Implementing multistep approval workflows and escalations to automate business processes
• Experience with the Force.com web services API
• Ability to use the data loader from the command-line and create map files
• Extensive understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.
• Experience in working within the Visualforce framework
• Creation and management of Apex classes

As a Salesforce.com Project Manager you will be responsible for leading all aspects of a Salesforce.com initiative. This includes providing leadership and oversight for any and all functional and technical tasks associated with the delivery. In addition to leveraging your deep Salesforce.com experience, you will also perform standard project management tasks including: defining, developing, and managing work plans, mentoring and developing junior team members, establishing team level standards, processes, and procedures, issue identification and management, etc. In this role you will work with client representatives and other program teams in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely definition, development, and delivery of all Salesforce.com related work products.
