Job description:

 

·         Atleast 8-10 years of MySQL DBA specializing.

·         The team is responsible for all technical operations including production customer-facing systems in data centers.

·         Keep our MySQL infrastructure running smoothly Install patches and do upgrades as required Manage storage restructuring as required Help design and implement next iteration of scaling (and the next, and the next ...)

·         Participate in on-call rotation responding to alerts and systems issues. Audit various databases to ensure data integrity.

·         Deal with the usual suspects (stale locks, queries run amok, tables that need to be indexed but are not, managing constraints)

 

Requirements: Substantial MySQL DBA experience At least basic (if not advanced) system/network administration and troubleshooting skills.
