Job Description	:	The candidate should have good knowledge of requirements gathering, designing, building and implementing IBM BPM V7.5 BPM solutions. The candidate should also be able to consult Customer and help them with Strategy & Roadmap for BPM deployment. Candidate should be able to help Customer get started with BPM and gradually help them evolve in Business Process Management solutions.
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	3+ Years
Experience Required		Must Have ·         Should be experienced in business process design, modeling, development, implementation and deployment using proper BPMN standards ·         Strong experience on Service Oriented Architecture for helping enterprise wide service integration ·         Should be technically very sound ·         Should have experience in more than 2 BPM implementations. ·         Should be able to drive BPM implementation from scratch ·         Should have strong experience in IBM BPM V7.5 Advanced suite of products and related IBM BPM products – Lombardi, Websphere Process Designer, Integration Designer , IBM Blueworks Live  ·         Experience on End to End BPM Consulting services ·         Experience in handling large engagements as an Architect leading the team of BPM Business Analysts, Developers.  ·         Experience in Understanding of Business Process Management and workflow ·         Leadership , People management skills ·         Exposure to Retail and Pharmacy sector is preferred. ·         Experience on defining and verifying IT Architecture for BPM implementations ·         Experience on Customer facing skills for business development opportunities for BPM offerings ·         Lombardi Teamworks, IBM BPM Certification is preferred.   Like to have - Basic understanding of Pharmacy technology and concepts. - This person will be part of Architecture team and drive the BPM implementation from scratch.
Roles & Responsibilities	:	The candidate should be capable of handling Sr BPM Developer or BPM Architect role, guiding the team members about the best practices. ·         Strong experience on Service Oriented Architecture for helping enterprise wide service integration Experience on ILOG JRules is preferred.
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Good Team player, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication skills, Does continual learning.
Qualification	:	Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in computer science preferred.
