Job Title	:	Datastage Developer
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	3+ Years
Technical/Functional Skills	:	ETL Datastage, Oracle, UNIX
Experience Required	:	At least 3 years total experience (Min 2+ years in Datastage) Good hands-on experience in datastage. Good understanding of ETL concepts and design using Datastage. Basic level of knowledge with logical and physical data modeling. Able to do data mapping between source and destination Database development using SQL, indexing, constraints etc., experience on SQL optimization, Oracle is preferred. Ability to understand the data and usage, requirements and guide the technical team. Good level of knowledge in UNIX, Shell Scripting
Roles & Responsibilities	:	·         Understand Functional/Technical Requirements. Programming jobs and sequencer in datastage Writing Unix shell scripts ·         Preparing Unit Test Cases and System Test case ·         Perform Unit testing and system testing ·         Performing Impact Analysis for any changes in the application. ·         Participate in onsite and offshore call ·         Analyzing and performing Impact Analysis. ·         Debugging programs
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Good Programming Knowledge, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Team player, Good communication skills, Does continual learning, Client interaction skills.
Education	:	Bachelor of Engineering or MCA
