C++ Developer needed with Java in Atlanta GA. Telecom experience is a must

PLEASE HELP:

I am looking for a C++ developer with Java.  Rate- $42.00 an hour on c2c.
 
4+ years of Development experience ( preferred C/C++/Java)
 
4+ years of working in Unix and vi/bvi
 
4+ years of any scripting language experience ( Ksh/Csh/TCL/ Perl)
 
4+ years of SQL ( preferred Orcale sql) using Toad/ SQL Developer.
 
2+ years experience in Telecom field
