Job Description

As an NGS customer Support subject matter expert you will provide support for applications and tools used by the Global Support organization to manage technical and customer support processes.  By having an understanding of Global Support business processes, as well as proficient knowledge of the business applications and/or tools used to support those processes, you will help to facilitate the optimal use of the applications and tools to support the business.  This is a challenging position with the opportunity to work collaboratively with professionals in a number of Service functions, employing analytical and leadership skills.
Specific for this role:
·         Experience managing and defining business and technical elements necessary for complex technical support processes in a CRM environment (SAP Business Analyst experience required)
·         Experience with complex business rules, workflows and efficient UI strategies.
·         Previously mapped E2E process relationships and cross-functional data pathways throughout multiple systems (ERP/CRM/3rd Party)
·         Planned, generated and executed the complete and specific QA and UAT testing necessary for a technical support center
·         Experience in writing test scripts, uploading to HP Quality center, Quality Center defect tracking and reporting experience preferred
·         Knowledge of technical support sites, knowledge base, use of common business functions used for customer support like case management, case resolution, tracking and updates, Return Merchandise authorization process and flows, etc is essential for this role. [NOTE: This is key SME requirement for this role]
