Title:            Senior Product Manager

Location:      San Jose, CA
Note-            Inperson Required. 

   Experience should be between 5-8years
   Minimum 2 year in product management
   Good knowledge of Fraud and Risk
    Candidates from Banking (online business only) background would work.

As a Senior Product Manager,  you are responsible for planning and executing features that enhance Trust and Safety. You will work with business units to create and manage the product strategy for Trust and Safety initiatives. You will be responsible for features/products focused on prevention, detection and mitigation of fraud such as, phishing, account takeover, identity theft and marketplace policy violations.

Define product and platform requirements including writing high level designs and working with business managers, engineers, QA and user interface designers to bring those features to life Work with business units across eBay and PayPal to develop product roadmaps and product strategies to ensure eBay meets its goals for trust and safety Understand and evangelize Trust and Safety policies and solutions  Analyze the external marketplace, customers, partners, and competitors to determine the right feature set for eBay partners/affiliates and the community Clearly communicate product benefits to our community & other stakeholders 4+ years of Product Management experience at a consumer internet or software company Good technical understanding of internet security technologies and the operations of a commercial web site. Self-directed and able to progress independently with little guidance Ability to build relationships internally and externally, interfacing at all levels, and possessing a team-oriented attitude Exceptional core project management skills (sepc'ing, scheduling & driving  features to completion) Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional groups & to drive decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of shipping successful products Working knowledge of eBay features BS CS/CE or equivalent is a must
