Role:- Business Analyst

Duration: 6+ months
Job description -
· Sr. Business Technical Analyst is needed to conceptualize and build solutions that support 'Assessments' and 'Reporting' requirements for SABA LMS.
· Candidate should have extensive experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions, documenting requirements, analyzing and evaluating possible solutions to meet requirements.
· Analyst is expected to develop an in-depth understanding of business drivers/needs, create solutions to meet those needs, and work closely with the team to implement those solutions.
· 8+ years of experience in roles related to design and development and/or implementation of learning management systems.
· 2 to 6 years of experience in SABA LMS tool (maintenance, administration, customization, implementation, reporting etc).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to relate technical skills to non-technical customers .
· Ability to interface well with customers and senior leadership.
· Ability to provide direction and information to others both internal and external teams.
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment consisting of internal staff and external vendors.
· Will be required to preparing statements of work and change requests as well as creating and reviewing technical design documents.
