Job Title : Performance Tester
Work Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration : 6+ Months
Rate : $40- 43
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : Min 5-7 years
Technical/Functional Skills :
• Analyzing the Business requirements
• Creating Regression test plan and test strategy
• Strong knowledge on writing automation test scripts
• Experience on Load Runner/Jmeter.
• Strong experience in creating the automation framework.
• Knowledge on Perfmon tools
• Knowledge on Java Skill is plus
• Knowledge on any database skill is plus
• Solving complex quality assurance challenges
• Working experience in Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting the automation scripting issues.
• Black box and white box testing experience.
• Selenium automation scripting experience is required/preferred
• Web Testing skill sets – experience required
• Auto Insurance Domain knowledge is must
• Experience in Defect management tools (ClearQuest, Trac,)
Roles & Responsibilities : Requirements analysis, Regression Scriptsdesigning, Automation Test Bed development, Automation Framework designing, Automation scripts development and execution based on Agile Methodology, Preparation of test strategy, test plan, test scripts, Executing the test case, . Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks during the development lifecycle, verifying the test results, Error review and corrections, Managing defects, Data mining and Analyze, interpret, and summarize meaningful and relevant results in a complete Performance Test Report.
