We have a requirement for a Java Programmer with Database(MySQL) skills for one of our clients.

Location: Hartford CT
Duration: Long Term
Rate: Market

Java programmer with 8+ years programming experience to work with the client's Marketing Analytics team in Hartford CT.
The work involves moving Java-based applications from a Windows XP desktop to a Windows Server 2008 machine. 
It also involves migrating data from a MySQL 4.1 server to a MYSQL 5.5 server. 
The candidate would need knowledge of Java programming, web/application server setup and configuration (specifically Apache web server and Apache Tomcat application server) and database programming skills (experience with MySQL a plus).
