Job Description:

LOCAL to Dallas or Texas candidates will receive priority, but will consider others.   Face to Face interview REQUIRED after phone interview.  Agency responsible for getting candidate to job / interview.  
 

 

Role:

QA Analyst w/AS400 – 6 to 12+ month contract with the right to hire

 

Required Skills:
Extensive experience working on Synon/AS400 Systems and applications
8+ Years of experience with the Ability to prepare test data, perform AS400 data setups
8+ Years of experience Solid in Quality Assurance Concepts
8+ years of experience in similar role including experience with Test Strategic Planning.

 

Desired Skills:
Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management 
Experience with Eligibility, Claims Processing, Prior Authorization and Reporting

 

Duties:
Understanding the screen navigation (commands), file processing, using its utilities on AS/400.
Ensures accuracy of all deliverables
Downstream follow up action arising out of the defect counts.
Designs and implements approved team structures to support QA activities across the organization.
Establishes and implements a QA schedule calendar to effectively deploy QA resources across multiple projects.
Continuously maintains and improves team member skill sets through design and implementation of formal training plans.
Designs and runs mentoring programs for QA personnel responsibilities and technology for efficient implementation.
Achieves and records documented positive feedback on quality assurance of every project
Works with external QA Teams - manages, leads and mentors
Understands processes & standards
