Description:
Leads the development and implementation of highly complex internet and intranet applications on one or more diverse platforms. Uses advanced knowledge of web technologies, including C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP, multimedia applications, database modeling tools and/or database interactions.
Evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution.
Researches and tracks new web technologies, develops service applications, and analyzes business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems.
Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards.
May provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.

Intermediate to Developer with experience developing code for both the client (browser) and server sides.
The candidate must have a firm grasp of the technologies used to build robust and scalable web applications and be able to reference sites that they have developed.
Required:
Experience mocking up sites in HTML.
Expertise withAjaxdevelopment with technologies such as DHTML, CSS, DOM, XML, XSLT, Javascript.
High proficiency with object-oriented analysis and design methodologies.
Proficiency with Java, XSTL, jQuery, and Javascript.
Expertise with server-side development (involving Java Servlets, JSP, JSTL, etc.) and one or more Java Application Frameworks (Struts, Spring, etc.).
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with Oracle Database, JDBC, and SQL programming Helpful. Experience withAjaxframeworks such as Prototype, Yahoo UI Widgets, Sarissa, etc
Daily Responsibilities:
Design and develop highly intuitive interface components that provide a high degree of utility without sacrificing simplicity.
Develop innovative features and solutions that enhance and extend our core product.
Establish yourself as our technology leader for browser-based user interfaces.
Provide accurate estimates for development projects and tasks.
Present your products and solutions to peers and business partners. Write technical documentation as appropriate
