Job Description:

Location : Albany – NY ( F2F must )

Rate : 52

Length : 18 months+

 

Position Functions or Responsibilities:

 

The two Cleint Server Programmers hired will develop National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) conformant web services in accordance with the technical specifications provided to them. There activities will support the  MDM central client repository and interoperability initiatives.

 

Must Have Experience for This Position

1.   Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. (10 Points) 2.  Eight (8) or more years of demonstrated experience in client, business tier and data tier application development utilizing XML technologies.   (20 Points) 3.  Five (5) or more years experience architecting, designing, developing and implementing the technical design for applications that interfaced with other data systems. (20 Points) 4.  At least 3 years experience using SQL, PL/SQL writing stored procedures, functions, packages preferable in Oracle 10g or higher  (10 Points) 5.  At least 3 years experience writing unit tests and running automated regression/integration tests (10 Points) 6.  At least 2 years experience in performing knowledge transfer to client staff of programming techniques supporting the development of n-tiered client-server applications.  (Provide concrete work experience not theory) (10 Points) 7.  Five (5) or more years experience in business analyst activities including documentation, requirements gathering, analyzing and publishing current and future state. Developing Implementation related documentation and post-implementation documentation including change management. (20 Points)

Other Required Qualifications/Experience:	Qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) and four years related field or eight years direct experience in IT software development. ( Minimum Years Required: 8
