Job Description:
Strong Citrix background including scripting (XenApp, XenDesktop, Provisioning Server, MetaFrame XP)
Citrix Certification
The Systems Engineer provides expertise in the implementation; adoption and adherence to enterprise architecture strategies, processes and standards relating to the Citrix environment
Provide expertise and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of all Citrix related technologies 
Working knowledge of the data center migration process
Working on knowledge of Virtualization (VMware)
Working on knowledge of P2V, P2P, V2P process and toolsets
