Title: J2EE Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 12 Months

 

Face to Face is required after initial telephonic round

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

 

1.      Require 8+ of information services experience to include 5 years application development and testing experience in a distributed environment.  Prefer test first experience.

2.      Require 5 years J2EE development experience to include JDK 1.5 or higher.  Prefer WebSphere development experience versions 6 and/or 7.

3.      Require 4 years UNIX experience.

4.      Require 1+ years experience with JMS and WebSphere MQ.

5.      Require formal training in object-oriented methodologies and 4 years experience with object-oriented design

6.      Require experience with DB2 and Oracle databases.

7.      Prefer experience with Python, Ruby and Perl scripting languages.

8.      Prefer experience with JPA and Hibernate.

9.      Prefer experience with the Wicket framework.

10. Prefer experience with Jasper.

11. Prefer functional testing experience with a tool like Quick Test Pro.

12. Prefer experience with any of the following tools

·        Subversion

·        Maven

·        Hudson

·        Ant

13. Development of detailed project plans from higher levels.  Demonstrated skill in estimating and tracking progress of tasks, as well as in making recommendations for adjusting project plans as needed.

14. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
