Title: OBIEE 11g Applications Administrator

*** Our client is seeking an OBIEE Expert to deploy and administer the application. In order to be considered, the candidate must have expertise in OBIEE and 11g experience.
JOB SUMMARY
Candidate will build / manage OBIEE 11g environments ranging from development thru the various stages of testing to production. Additional responsibilities will be to support the delivery teams and manage the integration and migrations of the Web Catalogs and RDP.
· Responsible for OBIEE Administration, Security, and Repository Maintenance.
· Maintain documentation on system environments.
· Setup environments for new projects with subject areas, folders, security and AD groups within the OBIEE
environments.
· Review the migration request from the various project teams and perform the migrations of the object across the
environments.
· Patch production system following normal SDLC and Change management procedures.
· Communicates effectively (both written and verbal) with both technical and non-technical people.
· Gathers, understands, and documents reporting requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years experience in database warehousing development / administration.
2 years experience building / managing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition ( OBIEE ) environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
Prior experience in a Lead Application Administrator / Developer role.
Troubleshooting issues on server and presentation side.
Knowledge of standard system development lifecycle concepts.
