We have an immediate need Client is looking for a Java/IVR Developer in Paramus, NJ.

JAVA VOICE/IVR Developer - NEW JERSEY CONTRACT

IVR/JAVA DEVELOPER– Northern, NJ – 6 month contract

Job Description :
VoiceXML.
Java J2EE.
JSP - Nuance (Viecore) Framework.
Speech Enabled Call Center IVR systems.
Speech Recognition Grammar development (GRXML).
Rational Application Developer (RAD) 7.5 or higher.
Clear Case UCM.
WebSphere Application Server.
SQL.
Understanding of call routing in a Genesys environment.
Knowledge of SDLC.
Lean IT preferred.
Experience developing healthcare applications.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Knowledge of computer development software, such as SQL, Java, J2EE, etc.
