Job description:

Job Title	TIBCO Senior Developer
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	3+ years of TIBCO Business Works Experience, TIBCO EMS/JMS, 2+ years of experience with TIBCO Adapters, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach hands on experience for a for various integration projects. Experience working in large scale integration projects, 2+ years of experience with TIBCO Adapter SDK, Good knowledge of Core Java,  Extensively worked on Enterprise Java technologies, Experience in using Integrated Development Environment (IDE) like BEA Web Logic  Eclipse3.0, Visual Café etc.
Technical/Functional Skills	Proficient in designing n-tier Enterprise application with J2EE design patterns like MVC, Business Delegate, DAO, Value Objects, Service Locator and Singleton, Experience working with JAVA, J2EE and SQL,3+ years of Oracle database Experience, Experience with XML, XSD and XSLT is preferred. .
Total Experience Required
Roles & Responsibilities	Responsible for all TIBCO related work on the project. Responsible for complete design, development, testing and documentation of such work. Coordinates closely with internal clients and other team members to gather information, analyze business processes and information systems. Under moderate supervision, develops practical, workable, cost-effective solutions to business problems to satisfy client requirements. May need to assist less experienced personnel.
