We are looking for Flash Programmer – Location - San Francisco, CA – 6 – 12 months contract position

Roles and Responsibilities

 

·  Create ads that leverage dynamic content and rich functionality

·  Author clean, consistent, and loosely-coupled code with a focus on readability and reuse

·  Integrate with the NetShelter Analytics and Sharing platforms

·  Integrate with Facebook, Twitter, and other social APIs

·  Work with Product Management, Marketing and Ad Operations teams to develop solutions that meet needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals and principles.

·  Work with Product and Marketing teams to understand the success criteria for any given campaign and to implement proactive improvements to increase campaign performance

·  Create tools, widgets, and libraries to increase our efficiency over time

·  Manage the campaign development lifecycle through QA and release

 

Requirements

 

·  Mastery of Actionscript 3, utilizing Flash Professional CS5 and the symbol library

·  Strong web development experience: JavaScript, HTML, CSS

·  Experience integrating with open-source frameworks and learning new languages

·  Proven results-oriented person with a focus on delivery

·  An excellent team player who works well in a cross-functional environment, interacting with other teams during requirements, design and development and implementation phases of the project

·  Strong verbal and written communication skills

·  Ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment

·  Strong analytical abilities and technical skills
