Integration Lead/Analyst:
At least 7+ years of experience in creation/review of Solution Architecture and Integration Architecture Ability to lead ETL design and development sessions, data mapping, date exceptions, data profiling and archiving approaches. Ability to manage all project activities in collaboration with Offshore Project Manager/Lead Ability to coordinate with different stakeholders setup meetings, good technical documentation skills.
Experience in design and development of data integration of multiple data sources and data integration touch points for in house customized tools and external/third party tools; Knowledge and hands on experience with ETL tools such as Data Stage. Strong communication skills are required. Ability to defend architectural decisions, scope and Capgemini with stake holders is a critical skill. Should understand Capgemini Delivery methodology, should have worked with distributed delivery teams.
