Sales Support System Architect

Job Title: Sales Support System Architect

Location: Middletown, NJ preferred (but Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX would also be acceptable)

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: DOE

 

The Sales Support Systems Architect provides technical and business domain leadership throughout feature development, starting at the pre-envisioning phase thru development and deployment.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Building integrations based on core technology to appropriate frameworks and writing reference applications.

·         Providing feedback on product features and priorities to the product management and core-engineering team.

·         Managing relations with software architects, developers, operational personnel and technology leadership (CTO, CIO, Directors etc.) within prospect organizations.

·         Troubleshooting performance, scale, availability issues for integrated solutions and debugging production problems when the situation arises.

·         Hands-on engagements to help successfully execute stress testing and get to deployment readiness.

·         Hands-on assistance with integration (code-reviews, code-samples, etc.) and tuning of the application with company's technology.

 

Job Experience And Requirements:

·         The candidate should have extensive architecture solution experience in Sales support systems/applications and process such as eCRM (ROME), ADOPT, IGLOO, ABSCON, ICT, ASAP, etc.

·         5+ years of driving application architecture design

·         10+ years of overall IT / software development experience

·         Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices

·         Clear understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and respective experience with its application in design and development phases
